Not only all of those things, but the building is always clean and they provide a great gym and lots of study spots. I re-signed here for a second year because I don't want to leave. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!!

I absolutely love the Venue, all of the staff is so helpful and friendly and all of our work orders have been attended to very quickly.

The Venue got a new General Manager halfway through this school year, and since the switch I have loved living here! Super great service from management, maintenance is timely, and the whole building is very clean. Sweet staff, nice amenities, and cheap rent. Everything you need!
