We just had new VOIP office phones installed by Managepoint. The quoting process as well as the customer service was top-notch. We didn't know how this type of phone worked, but knew that it was going to be a significant cost savings on our traditional monthly phone bill. They walked us through how the phones worked and how they could be modified to operate in a multitude of ways to fit into our needs. The installation was fast and easy. Once we had used them for a few days, we got in contact with Managepoint and they listened to our concerns and then adjusted how the phones worked until they were exactly as we wanted.
